I've recently been adding it into my supplements. Not from HTLT Supplements (even though they're great and I love the CICO bars), but from the store. I'd love it if Ashwagandha could reduce my cortisol. Have you noticed much of a change while being on it?
ReplyDelete@Larysia yeah I have noticed that ashwagandha has helped balance my hormones properly. My estrogen is higher than my testorone currently and it is fixing that. It makes it a little easier to lean out when added to a proper nutrition plan and weight lifting.
